Prevention Partners, Inc. creates innovative faith-based programs to transition individuals from the uninsured to insured rolls, and to engage in interactive health promotion and screening activity.
We develop collaborations within the social and civic community, to further support community access to health and wellness information, education opportunities and services to improve knowledge, access to quality healthcare and reduce disparities to disease and illness.
