About Our Team
Our President and CEO, Rose M. Robins Troupe RN, BSM, MPA has 15 + years of experience of successful planning and executing health and wellness programs and initiatives, health education events and forging collaborations with community health and social support service providers, to improve access to care and services for at-risk communities. She is supported by a diverse group of committed health professionals, Clergy, public service leaders and community service providers, who collaborate to support the implementation of our program services.
Rose is the talk show host for “Health Connections”, a live, community Health and Wellness radio show on Clear Channel Radio St. Louis, Sunday mornings on KMJM MAJIC 104.9 and Sunday evenings on KATZ AM 1600. Private and Public health service providers sponsor the show annually to spread messages of prevention and wellness. Sponsors include the Alvin J. Sideman Cancer Center at Barnes-Jewish Hospital and Washington University School of Medicine, Program for the Elimination of Cancer Disparities (PECaD), Blue Cross and Blue Shield, area Physicians, Medical Centers and the Human Development Corporation of Metropolitan St. Louis.
We execute our events with the support of a diverse team of regionally based team Coordinators, community health service providers and corporate volunteers, who share our passion for prevention and understand the unique characteristics of the populations served by our initiatives. Program health services are made possible from partnerships with local community health providers and social support agencies. We network and collaborate with local community health, social services and University collaborative partners, to further support our community-centered, grassroots programs. Prevention Partners, Inc. community health initiatives are funded by public and private organizations and foundations.
