Faith-based Initiative

The “N Sure Me” Faith-based Initiative provides uninsured individuals and families with access and assistance to enroll in no charge, state or federal sponsored Health Insurance Plans. This is a year-long health insurance enrollment program, which will support your members, their family and friends to apply for this vital health care service. The Initiative is supported by a year-long Health Education and Outreach Radio Campaign which includes a 1-800 number, that individuals and families can call to receive assistance with applying for eligible, no charge or low cost health insurance.

Why N Sure Me Family Health Tour ?

Nearly 50 Million Americans do not have Health Insurance. Many church members do not have the support needed to complete the very complicated, time consuming, tedious, health insurance application process. Many church members and friends no longer have health insurance due to a recent job loss, or they cannot afford to purchase health insurance due to the high cost. Children and Adults without health insurance are at greater risk for disease and chronic illness. The Churches participation in the “N Sure Me Family Health Tour,” will help us provide members with assistance in completing the Health Insurance process for no charge state or federal sponsored Health insurance Plans or low-cost affordable plans.

What is the “N Sure Me” Community Faith-based Initiative”?

The “N Sure Me” Faith-based Initiative is a community faith-based program service, designed to provide assistance for individuals and families who do not have health insurance. This program provides assistance with enrollment in eligible, free, state or federal sponsored Health Insurance Plans. If individuals do not qualify for no charge health insurance, they provide information and access on low cost/affordable family health Insurance.

What is the “N Sure Me Family Health Tour”?

We utilize the community church, social and civic organization partnerships, as our platform to provide African American and Hispanic individuals and families, with health insurance and health education services. We host events, the “N Sure Me Family Health Tour, at community churches.

The church and community groups are the captive audience for this greatly needed health and wellness educational program. The “N Sure Me Family Health Tour” is conducted in collaboration with the Sunday Church service.
