A Not-for-Profit 501C-3, Community Health Education and Access Organization.   Prevention Partners, Inc. utilizes the faith-based community as the platform to empower communities at high risk for disease and illness, with access to health education, assistance to apply for free or  low -cost health insurance and other community and social services.

Forty-seven million Americans are uninsured. Nearly 9 million of them are children. More than 8 out of 10 are in working families. They are our friends, neighbors and colleagues--forced to gamble daily with their health and hope they won't get sick or injured, because they have no HEALTH INSURANCE.

The world of Health Insurance is complicated. The NSureMe Family Health Tour  Program provides the uninsured with guidance and support to complete the process for free or low cost state sponsored health insurance programs. Health insurance for  poor families and those  who have lost their health insurance benefits, do not have access to high quality health care and positive health outcomes. Prevention Partners, Inc. NSureMe Family Health Tour Program, in partnership with the Cover Me Foundation seeks to close the health insurance  gap for the Uninsured.

The NSureMe Family Health Tour Program  is designed to educate, motivate and provide the uninsured African American (AA) and Hispanic (HIS) populations with opportunities to access and enroll in free or low cost state sponsored health insurance programs. The support of the WellPoint Foundation will allow Prevention Partners Inc. to take a leadership position in the support of its commitment to reduce the uninsured rolls throughout the United States.
